Digital Inclusion
Do you need help getting online?
Are you struggling to fill in forms online or upload important information to a website? Or perhaps you know of someone who finds this difficult. We can help!
Many local council and government websites require forms to be filled in online before they can process applications for help or information. Not everyone has a computer, or the skills or confidence to use one. Some people only have access to the internet via a mobile phone which is impractical for completing complex forms. Others have no online access at all.
Our Digital Support Advisers can help our clients get online for free, on such issues as:
- Housing
- Benefits
- Council tax
- Blue badges
- Parking permits
- Change of address
Together we work with our clients to process forms and upload any required documents such as proof of ID, bank statements etc.
We help anyone struggling with these issues including the elderly, those with disabilities or people with language barriers such as a second language or dyslexia.
If you know of anyone who needs help getting access online, then do not hesitate to get in touch
