Aggressive behaviour and abuse

We will always do our best to help you and understand that you may be upset, stressed or angry about your situation. However, we will not tolerate any aggression, abuse or bullying behaviour towards our staff or volunteers.

If you are aggressive, abusive, or threatening to our staff or volunteers providing telephone services, they will end the call.

If you are aggressive, abusive, or threatening to our staff or volunteers providing face to face services, they will ask you to leave. We will if necessary, call the police.

We may also, to protect the wellbeing of our volunteers and staff, withdraw services from you. This means that we will no longer help you.
